Counting Logic Count from the Janma Nakshatra including Janma as 1. Divide the count by 9. Remainder 1 is Janma, 2 is Sampat, 3 is Vipat, and so on. Remainder 0 becomes the 9th Tara, Parama Mitra.
Quick Example If Janma is Rohini and the event Nakshatra is Swati, the count is 12. Since 12 gives Tara 3 in the repeating cycle, Swati becomes Vipat Tara from Rohini.
